I found this morning that my hands warmed up pretty quick, by the time I'd done the first couple of windows I was fine, but a pair of gloves that I can use when working trad would be nice

i just took a set of seal skinz winter gloves back. hands were soaking in them!tried re-waterproofing them with spray, but no good. was gutted! at £30 a pair, you expect them to do the job and be waterproof as they claim.
I have heard of an exercise the army do(not sure which army....possibly the salvation one ) But apparently over a period of time you condition your hands to the cold putting them in cold water for set periods of time,I am sure if you google it there will be some info,
