IF you want the house prices you should call a local estate agent ,bruv.

Is it really needed to take the P all of the time?

Too many people quick now days to laugh or joke at people on this forum.

Although looking at estate agents would answer half your questions.

Why would window cleaners in leeds tell you the going prices?

we price work using the following method:

(no. of windows downstairs + no. of windows upstairs) x 1.5/(price of cheese - no. of elephants you can fit in a mini)
I've never been to bed with an ugly bird but I've woken up with loads!

because over where i am its £3.50 for a terraced house, and works out bout 50p a window, and if u wanna buy a round its bout 7x jus for a bog standard round with not so good prices on,and 10x + if its a half decent round to a good one...so if i end up movin to leeds i was jus wonderin wat round prices, and goin rate for windows was like over they...thats all :)

all you need to figure out is how much you need to be charging to make a good living, you might not have a huge mortgage like other window cleaners in your area so you could be cheaper, however you might want a ferrari lifestyle so price accordingly. stop worrying what everyone else is charging. you'll soon realise if your charging too much ot too little.

if your enough of a bitch, just invite all the local window cleaners round to your gaff to give you a price, that should give you a rough idea.
