Had to scrape the car this morning, it was cold on the hands first coupl of windows but I soon warmed up, honestly with 4 layers on top and a pair of jogging bottoms on under the trousers you don't feel it to bad ;)

my pole hose had frozen ove rnight. i wrapped the hose reel up and seemed ok around mid-day when i used it. You all say you are using oil filled radiators. Do you insualte the cable from your house? Also do these not use loads of electric through the night?

Plenty of frost here this morning but no heater in the van just this and it works a treat.

Doesnt use much electricity, its an expense you cant afford to leave IMO.
my hose connector that snaps into the hose reel froze today, at half 12! disconnected it and thawed it out lol.
so damn annoying, I thought my pump was knackered when nothing came out the brush.

I need to put antifreeze in the escort van, it's a pain having to get underneath to take the bottom hose off.
The little parozene greenhouse heater with the frost stat kept things from freezing this morning, it's handy being able to run a lead to the van.

1st night I put the oil filled rad in the van - so toasty in the back.

Had a really good day! 2nd best earner ever and that was starting at 7.30 and finishing at 4pm and including taking half an hour for lunch and topping up with water and another half hour having to get a new battery at half past two because mine is getting tired in the cold after pumping about 400litres (Used about 500 today).
It's a game of three halves!

One section of pole froze inside the other for a while, but able to do some low level stuff.

Serves me right for leaving on roof of car.
