Dereks probably removed it due to gwcs saying he was going to copy it without asking first :)

but luckily I saved a copy, so who would like to see it again

only joking ;)  ;)

oh right blame me..

If you put something up you HAVE to expect people to use it in any form.

The poster even admitted themselves that they copy was taken from "cleansmart" which i assume was a free marketing material piece? and as such will no doubt would have been duplicated many times over by anyone who had access to it. So i guess your right i should have requested permission from cleansmart  ::)

yes the backs empty. understand where your coming from but in my defence, i have one message and stuff on the back may or may not take the attention away from that message, i get work from it so i'm happy. maybe i'll try one with something on the back but at the mo it will suffice. and mike, i thought it might be better with the attention on the first line being more outstanding but it was to late by then, when these have gone i will get mark to emphasize this more, maybe if you get time you could show me what you mean and email it back to me ;) don't ask ya don't get. lol

yes mark at dp redisigned my art work, (top man)  and the wording all though slightly changed was from cleansmart.

derek

Far too much wording for my liking - and like many others would , I have chosen to modify it in such a way is actually different from the piece posted and for a different cleaning aspect too.

I just staple one of these cards from vistaprint to my leaflet and stick 10-15 around the neighbours houses...

Personally i think you should be careful giving out customers addresses to other clients with out asking them first, it's a bit of an invasion of their privacy.

I certainly wouldnt want a tradesman telling half the road what work I've just had done.

It would be ok to say one of your neighbours, but i dont think i would put down their number unless i had thier express permission to do so, and i dont think many of my customers would give it .

Yep like Derek I always ask and am very rarely refused permission! I sent out about 15 last week and got a job worth £140. She had asked her neighbour what I was like and if I had done a good job. £140 job for a few minutes walk!

I booked in a job and the wifey told me I had a leather suite to clean across the road, IF I did a good job of her cleaning. Neighbours often talk and tell each other about jobs/people they are getting in. Any one else give me an example of a neighbour nudger?

Is it just me or can anyone else not see Dereks neighbour nudger?  Where is it?  :-[

Fraser

You've probably turned it over the wrong way ;D ;D ;D

Know what you mean Derek but obviously the next question is..... why not use a piece of paper half the size and use both sides?!!  Of course it works how it is, the message is there it makes no odds, just curious as to why :)

Joe you are ment to leave them a bottle of stain remover.

This helps to keep the suppliers in business ;D ;D

Seriously does this idea work time and time and again to justify ordering 200 bottles on a regular basis

i do my own bottles and labels and use m/s 1 to 6 in it, works out about 80p all in. give these for free with every clean and free refills if they use us anually.

i also use the same bottle for my quotes and make sure i remove a couple of stains while there watching, a wow when i get the stain out, and when i tell them they get a free bottle after the clean i usually get the job. ;)

its all about what you can give in return for there hard earned money.
