Carpet Cleaning....
« on: November 23, 2009, 06:10:22 pm »
I have been tiling floors and bathrooms in a large house over the past few weeks that's had some major refurb work done on it,  and the customer asked me if i could clean her carpets this weeks as there family are moving back in next week... I said that I'm too busy this week, anyway she said she would get another carpet cleaner to do it, which i was fine about. I was there today finishing a bathroom and the carpet cleaner arrived in a nice shiny van with carpet cleaning on it, he came in and the customer should him the rooms, and she said how long will they take too dry, about 1 hour he said. The customer then left and the guy went to his van to get his tools.  ??? Well what happened next i couldn't believe.....He came in with a Rug Doctor, the carpets wanted a really good vac..Did he do it NO, he didn't even apply a pre spray or anything jugs fired up the Rug Doctor done the carpets then buggered off by about 10.30...i left the house at 5pm and the carpets were soaking still and didn't look any different...Customer has not seen them yet.  ;D
