glue for xtel pole?

hi my wifes xtel pole keeps slipping at the clamp, been using uhu, but do you guys use? cheers

Loctite glue is the best stuff,sticks almost instantly so beware it on your fingers,was going to put some on my missus mouth while she was asleep :D

I bought some stuff called Gorrilla Glue the other day, amazing stuff, you put it on and leave it over night and it expands.
