Customer sense of humour
« on: November 19, 2009, 05:43:05 pm »
Priced a job up today for fascia and gutter clean on a  small 3 bed semi, £50 all in, front & back. The customer wasn't in so left a card with price on. She left a message for me while I was out asking
"Does that include rubbing down and re painting" and she was being serious! My 1st customer with a sense of humour! Good times  :P

I had a funny one like that recently; just humour them; and re-explain what you've already explained.

Never argue with an idiot, they will only bring you down to their level, and beat you with experience
