Application forms

Anyone have a copy of an application form they use witch they would be willing to let me copy or a check list they use of questions they like to ask when interveiwing someone

Any help is much appreciated

Can let you have a copy of the 2 forms that you will need, however these forms are for your own use only, and not to be shared, modified or sold to others, would also need your e-mail address.

you don't need an application form.
If they have a good firm handshake, you know they are trustworthy ;)

Legion,

In an ideal world, you of course, would be quite correct, however, by failing to treat every applicant the same, you could open up the possibility of legal action being taken on various grounds, such as discrimination etc.

By complying with best practice regarding employment legislation, you protect your self from any such actions.
