It's like me asking you if you can clean a window, Or know how to turn a computer on. 
I think people (granted probably me) are missing the point about the 20% discount claim.
If it's implemented it is undercutting. I question how many times it can be proved what the previous window cleaner charged. Only because i can't see how most can.
So while the claim of 20% cheaper than previous is out of order. I'm reading it as a claim that 99% of domestics can't prove. So the claim has little substance. 
It's just my opinion though.

Mark I wasn't saying about how it could be proved, I was stating that she is undercutting, knowing how much the current window cleaner is charging and then deliberately offering to do it cheaper than him.
Its fly-by cowboys and cowgirls like this that drive prices down.
Also she hasn't been window cleaning for 10 years!
They really sound like pikey's lol.
give it 6 months and the website wont exist.

imo Mark you are wrong, I would would say about  60%  of cleaners are pony now and 20% others are trying 15% % are doing well and the top 5% are conning gits that will not speak or give me a little help lol, when they beciome the 15% I will remember

If she goes to a job and they tell her they pay £12, can she do it for £8?
If she asks for proof and they can't prove it, she says sorry but can do it for £11. It is out of order.
It does read like she wants to get a price 1st before quoting. I agree it is bad business going in cheaper. Prices go up, they shouldn't be going down.
Making a rod for their own back springs to mind.
