i have to say its ok to put someones down but if her results are good then she has it right, i do it different maybe different than some but just cause its not the same has osme doesnt  it doesnt work!

Just identifying a poor technique.

Take the right hand window, she doesn't clean the centre vertical bar yet she prays water all over it & onto the glass. She also advertises that she cleans frames, watch the vid again, she missed lots of the frame but still sprays water all over it which can contaminate the water & leave spotting/drip marks etc.
She also sprays water well above where she's brushed which will result in the above.

I still stand by what I said.  Clairs Clean? shamefull

Ive cleaned my house like that and it was shameful, I think mac is right, she only covers part of the top frame, its pretty much certain there will be spots unless she in a area that has very little dirt in the air so are still clean when you get there too clean,

ive never cleaned in the north so i dunno. but here in east anglia the windows hardly get dirty month to month .  iv a few houses on my books  done weekly and its bleedin ridiculous the frames are  so shiney now , but who am i to complain eh . that house in the vid looked as though it was a monthly,praps a twice monthly from the frames

Its either a major con, or they are completely poop!
you can not UNDERCUT by 20% and not make enemies.
you can not undercut by 20% and give free gifts away (especially the types of gifts they are offering) and stay in business!!

I seriously wouldnt worry about it.

if any of your customers say anything about, just tell them that they are pikey's. or they are so crap they have to offer gifts just to get customers.

giving away free gifts, deliberately undercutting competitors.
it seems like she hasn't got a clue about running a business.
and she hasn't done her homework on window cleaning.
giving discounts (undercutting) on regular cleans and giving away gifts is no way to run a reputable business.
To me she sounds desperate, plus her website is stating you can call her and "Billy" on the same mobile number. (not very professional is it).
