don't know what they charge, would be intrested myself sometime next yr, but not sure if it is worth it for me as i solely do windows no extras like gutter, carpet,patio cleaning.

I did my own using a free template on the net then editing to my needs. Host it on my server as i have a VPS server so that was ok for me.
