The machine is fine, Woodbridge will be your problem.

Ask the other guys on here with them where they go for service.

Bit late asking views when you have had some advice. I quit like the prowler and with it roll on/off capabilities make it a plus.

Have heard about their customer service how ever needed a part contacted them today, not in stock gave him my nbr to phone back, which he did within 10min due in next week.

Fresh

You've gone from a supplier with one of the best reputations in the business to another with one of the worst !

if i'd know then what i know about woodbridge now i would've went with the prowler like a shot,

The woodbridge machines are ok, but have come to realize that good service is probably much more

important.

If you are in Somerset you could speak to Dave Ingram about a new Pheonix, he's an hour away. Far better machine and Dave will service it for you as part of the package.

Ring Woodbridge tomorrow and tell 'em to go whistle. If they can't be bothered to look after customers this is what they get.

Seems like fair comment. Unless you have paid for the machine and cannot get out of the deal I would advise you to listen to what the previous posters are saying.

You may be committed as Fintan says, but if it's within your rights to cancel that's what I would do, but obviously it's not really for us to say, you must have been impressed at the time.
