The other week  was round my nans and a W.F.P.  van showed up a her neighbours . i sat back in an armchair to watch this bearded wonder do his stuff .  what was incredible was that he  washed each window carefully THEN  put his ladder up to squeegee them off .   ;D

hats off to him  !

I have been trad since i started 3 years ago now i have a purefreedom setup, with the trad vs wfp argument i believe that they both have there places,

you need trad for when wfp cannot be used, i.e on flat roofs or houses where the rear can only be accessed by going over the garage,

inside windows
shop windows on the high street,

every window cleaner needs to be able to use a mop n blade.

WFP is faster, safer, does a better job at removing things stuck to the glass i.e spider dots etc things that you have to scub with the applicator when trad and do the glass 2 or 3 times to remove it all,

its better for in the cold when your hands turn to ice when you touch your ladders.

i've had zero problems so far when converting customers over to wfp and i've even converted custys that i have who only wanted me cause i was trad before when they sacked there previous wfp cleaner.

wfp is better for when you see a trad cleaner in there escort estate working on the house across the road, gives you a nice feeling that your not on ladders anymore haha

I'm still reasonably new to window cleaning but I don't know why there always seem to be a big rift between people wfp and trad users arguing ones better than the other.I personally do the majority of my round with wfp tops and trad bottom.WFP admittedly doesn't do a 100% perfect job everytime but it does a job that's more than acceptable if done right.I can honestly say I haven't lost one customer in the 6 months I've been using it due to bad results.I like to trad the downstairs just to absolutely ensure perfect results but the point being both are excellent tools.I would personally never go back to risking my neck with ladders for the sake of a few quid, even if it means the odd customer might not like the idea of wfp.

It depends on wether the customer is at the property when you are there to clean, as seeing the new system at work has a tendency to put people off from having it done that way.

I have to admit myself, I was a little weary about changing over from traditional to the new pure water system but it does clean windows very well and customers get the added advantage of having their frames cleaned also.

Nearly 90% of my customers have now been moved over to the new system, with no problems.

Basically nothing to worry about, really.

I hope this helps. :)

Kind regards.
