are you close to the work or have you a way to travel ?
are they after quality job if they are quote needs to reflect this. only saying this from personal experience  as i was trying to compete on price recently and realised that i was not happy put prices up , moved my focus area and work coming in faster than before .

I'm only about 15 mins from this job, and I'm sure they want a quality job, which is why I wanted to charge the right price, they also have a number of other properties with a similar problem, so didin't want to price myself out either!

Looked at you website, looks good and like the quote on your pricing policy!
