ripping ply out and painting?

stopping kit from flying round the van on the move?

ive got the same van 2001 as well   i carry a 250l diy system ratchet strapped to 2 pieces of steel angles that are bolted to the floor.   i also carry 8 x 25l  containers

p.s
on monday my timming belt snapped and the thing with the parnters is  ,the whole engine goes so ive had to order a new engine    400 quid  plus labour (between 150- 200 quid extra)
so something to look out for.       but the good thing about carrying 25l barrels,     i made a trolley system from the diy kit for about 50 quid  so i can work from a car until the vans sorted.

hope my rambling helps u get prepared
pj

sounds a lot  of gear in a small van marcus!i would watch that suspension if i were u!im thinking of a combo with 300 lt tank and trad gear in with a backpack.
price higher/work harder!

sounds a lot if its only a 600 payload one. mines an o2 plate and i have a 250 flat tank. time you get all your other gear in i think i am getting towards the limit

hi thanks for your info.

how did you fix your tank in van? (wanting to do the same as yours) took mine to a local garage and they said its not as easy as it looks cuz the fuel tank runs along the whole right hand side.

a pic would be great! ;D
