[Carpet Dawg]

Hey guys.

I'm new to this section of the forum as i usualy hang around in the carpet cleaning board (as i am a carpet cleaner lol)

I have been reading loads of threads in here recently and was thinking of setting up a window cleaning round.

My carpet and uhpolstery cleaning business has been well established for 10 years now and is doing well. I'm not really wanting to change this! But i do want to expand my business in a new direction. There's only so much you can do in the carpet cleaning biz.

So my question is, How "do-able" is it to set up a WFT (mainly commercial) round? I want it to be mainly hands off. i.e. i dont really want to clean the windows but more so the admin, marketing, buying the vans, equpiment etc etc

Is this do able for a newbie in the window cleaning world?

I started my biz from scratch back when i was 17 and i'm 27 now, so i do have alot of motovation, plus i do have expericance in employing people.
