Risk assesment advice.
« on: October 30, 2009, 06:46:12 pm »
I have a standard risk assesment/method statement on file which i change to suit different jobs.
The risk assesment in most cases is as follows. Upon inspection of site no particular hazards are evident and no additional access is required other than ground floor use of water fed pole .
I have been asked for a seperate risk assesment so has anyone got anything that i can add to flesh this out as a seperate form.
Please note that i usually include this as a combined Risk/method statement so they are alright with the method part.I just need some more padding for the risk element.
