im thinking of starting a cleaning agency to employ staff to clean executive homes. i will find the clientel and then send my  cleaner Ladies/gents to see the client . Can you advise me if it is better to charge the client one fee and then pay my staff from that fee or charge a nominal fee to the client for our service and then get the client also to pay the cleaner for the work they do?

i`m not exactly an expert, but i would say it would be far less complicated for yourself to recieve all the money and to pay your staff. It seems there would be less room for error if it was done this way.Regards...Adrian

when you run any agecy you must be incharge of all payments  and have contracts with home owners  this will stop them from droping you and keeping your best staff.  before you start make shore you have more staff than work staff will soon lern not to let you down and have them phone you when thay have arrived for work if you dont receve call phon client to arange cover good luck john
