i use roundtracker, well did.  :

i got really into it, its a simple MS Excel based programme.
now i dont use it at all. there is a big flaw! and i dont know if any of the other programmes do this. but when you put the 'cleaned date' into the jobs that have been done today, what happens to the job history? there is no way of looking back, just tells you when its due for the next 6mths.
so ive gone back to pad&pen.
