Sorry to have to tell you but I have been advised RO-man has gone out of business.

Reliable source - one of their suppliers.

I think it's a shame.  A few years ago RO-man was brilliant.  Loads of us made our first foray into WFP on the great advice and excellent products RO-man offered.

I had a 300gpd pumped system which I sold on when I got my 40-40 (also from RO-man)

Both systems are still working perfectly.

You could rely on Neil to get back to you within 24hrs and he's even phoned me at 10.00 on a Saturday evening to sort out a problem :o

The last couple of years I believe he's had personal problems which apparently have impacted on his business activities.  Shouldn't have happened, I know especially as so many people relied on him for essential supplies and advice, but how many of us are guilty of allowing personal issues to interfere in our business activities?

I for one will miss him.

That is a shame, but i to have noticed that over the last year or so the service was getting a little on the slow side, but i still stuck with them. But last month i had to purchase another commercial ro from gaps water, and i must say the service was second to none. So if anyone is looking for a new supplier, i can totally recommend them.
Good luck to Neil for the future in whatever you do.

Ro-Man have been a valuable source to our business over the last 4 years. Always helped with any problems and questions we had and always supplied us with quality products at fair prices.

They will be missed by us.

Time for us to find a new supplier.

Sorry to hear they have gone. I found them very helpful and genuine (though not always easy to get through to) and am very impressed with my 300 gpd ro.

Hope things work out for Neil and his staff.

I have used them in the past but their emailing was dreadfull. I'm sure their employee was foreign or dyslexic. Put me off them and I never went back.

So this is why I never received the missing filters from the packs i ordered about 3 months ago. Oh well at least the more expensive membranes arrived.
Shame about the business going though, albeit the lines of communication could at best be described as 'trying'
