good oven cleaner?

hey guys can someone suggest a good one? I mean a very effective professional oven cleaner to remove tough grime and dirt from very very dirty ovens. stuff like professional oven cleaners use and where i can get it from.

It's the 5 litre bottles of it that I use, dunno if this spray's the same stuff so get in touch and ask them first before you buy.

The stuff I use is gloopy and I paint it on and leave it while I dip tank the rest of the oven bits and bobs!

Do you mean you use Mistral Carbonoff too?sorry bit confused  ???

That stuff is good but caustic
Make sure you are wearing PPE when you use it

Yes, Mistral Carbonoff.... It is caustic asBill has said and hurts like hell if you get it in your eye, it's not quite as nasty as Vanquish though (Ouch) :'(

I use Brillo degreaser first and caustic only if needs must and I always ask the customer if they're happy for me to use it.... I've yet to meet anyone that has said no :)

You are dead right Dry nets - Mistral carbon off is the stuff to use for really bad ovens , i still have the scars to prove it

Got ours 2nd hand off ebay, cost us £600 and worth every penny i can tell you .

I've actually got plans for one to be made, produced, tested and then reproduced. I need enough interest to get the prototype made and put the money in.
