Window cleaning is goodwill !! im picking up about 5 - 8 jobs a week without any effort.
In window cleaning there is no contracts binding the customer to your company so it is classed as good will,  this is especially the case in domestic work. If you had contracts then it would not be classed as good will.
How many window cleaners have contracts binding the customer to you ???

If I was buying it I wouldnt pay no more then x7 to be honest, you could break it up into smaller rounds and sell it that way.

Platinum or pcnw is the man to ask as he seams to get a higher prices for his rounds than anybody else on this forum. Either B*llsh*t or a very good sales person. £40, 000 seams a lot in the recession. you might be better off splitting the rounds to get better prices for them.
