the R.s.p.c.a won;t do any thing so long as the animal is being fed i know this because we have a chap down the road with 15 dog may be more and my god it stinks the r.s.p.c.a came round and did not give a toss because they were all fed and watered

They need a CPH number (County/Parish/Holding Number) to legally keep a pig. Trading Standards are the people to contact, or DEFRA. If they ain't got one, they're in trouble. It's illegal. Please give the authorities a heads up report them as this is just not on.
