Selling up within in the next 6 months due to moving abroad, what sort of price could i realisticly expect to get for my round ? or what should i advertise it for?

186 houses all cleaned on a monthly basis value £ 3860.00

20 pubs all cleaned on a monthly basis value £ 425.00

6 commercial jobs all cleaned on a 3 monthly basis value £ 1122.00

This is an established round of over 11 years and done with 2 men working a 6 hour day and has been cleaned via wfp for the past 4 or 5 years there are now garages to climb over on any of the jobs and all have easy access.

well some1 on here recently sold his round for 7 X the take ( at least i think it was 7 X )

probably get 15000 - 20000 for it depends if crash picks up,  you could alwasy sell it broken up say 3x monthly income

the bloke who got 7 x was PCNW in st helens,  read some of hime posts they are quite funny,
