I need to know at what height the average 1 st floor window would be as well as a second and also 3& 4 floors height would be?so I could see what W F pole I might need.

You will need a 13ft pole to reach an average modern house first floor window, an 18ft pole would reach an awkward first floor window (over conservatory).  A 25ft pole will reach all standard second storey work and a 30ft pole will reach most low level third storey work.
