Dusty has received a severe lack of help here; maybe because he's used an abbreviation for
Terms and Conditions
(T&Cs).
I wouldn't mind a 'gander' at a Terms and Conditions of Employment document too?

Mark (Dusty), have a look at the Department of Trade and Industry's employment site here:
http://www.dti.gov.uk/er/individual/example-pl700a.htm
This gives an example contract and there's other information that might be usefull to you; especially if you're looking to employ someone.
There's also a definition of 'employed' and 'self employed' that's interesting in there too!
Oh, The Carpet Cleaners seem quite a switched-on lot when it comes to this sort of stuff. You might want to put a post in there asking them for a copy of an Employment Contract.
