Matt.....in answer to your question......no.
This area of Essex is overworked anyway, although you will allways find new customers.I work on a figure for leaflets of 0.25% - 0.35% for new enquiries, and about 65% sign up.I hope you do achieve your targets though, but to build 300 decent customers imo will take more than two flyer drops.
The area you are working is where justin ruggles has a decent size round (over on the other forum).
Good luck though

I know Justin, he cleans my neighbours house lol
like alot of guys say on here there's enough windows for all the window cleaners.
Plus I have started gaining customers through recommendations.
Where abouts are you based?

My leaflets have just been dispatched from the printers, can't wait for them to turn up so I can have them delivered asap.
I want to gain 300 customers by Christmas, and I am having 30,000 flyers delivered, anyone think I could get 300 customers from 30,000 flyers.

Matt

Hi Matt

Hope you do get at least 300 from 30000 leaflets. My leaflets have also been dispatched from the printers(think the same as you 1-2 print ?). I'm only getting 5000 printed though but I would like to think I'll get a decent return from mine at least 1/100 as I'll post in an area one day and go back and door knock the next.

Here's hoping any way
Paul

Matt...i am up in clacton area, you know the place where you come to die or sign on the dole(only joking).
I really hope you do well with the leaflets, the figures i gave are formed through many drops, but some areas have come up with better return figures than those quoted.
Keep us informed,i allways like to see someone doing well.
 ;)

Good luck Matt, I have just started and have been canvassing door to door and that has worked quite well, but was thinking about dropping leaflets too! How are you gonna drop them? Yourself or are you paying for someone to do them for you?

I think it is much cheaper to deliver 30000 leaflets than employ a canvassing company. At least you know people who call, really want your service.

Say you got £3000 in work.  What would a canvassing company charge £6000? With a lot of "not so sure" customers.

Its costing me £1,000 to have 35,000 leaflets printed and then 30,000 delivered by a distribution company, I am hoping to get £2,000 minimum.
where as a canvassing company would charge me £4,000
hhmmmm £1,000 or £4,000, hard decisions lol

Delivery is usually up to 5 days after they tell you it's gone to print

I was informed it would be 2-3 working days, as the leaflets are actually printed in Germany. lol
