Getting Schools and the like

Any of you have school contracts and if so were they easy to secure?

We clean 2, they only get done twice a year.  Had to tender for it through education board.  More hassle than its worth to be honest.

We do two.  Both good jobs, one gets done 6 times a year, the other 3 but we only got them because they are 'grant maintained', i.e. they have control of their own budget.

They approached us and asked us to quote.

Other than that I wouldn't  bother - lots of hassle and you wait months for your money

Would have thought they would be big earning jobs though, will try it over in NI its always different way of working that england.  Thanks
