Domestic round worth £700 + per month near NCL airport.
It's good work - compact and well priced.
£20 -25 per hour stuff.
I'm looking to rent it if possible.
If I can't find anyone then I would consider selling it for £1800.
 
I'm also looking for someone to do some daily work in the city centre on a subcontracted basis. About an hour per morning 6 days a week, I'd pay £300 per month. (It's weather proof and a regular lump sum straight in your bank.) Got to be someone consistently reliable!

Also have job in Rothbury (Near Morpeth, Coldstream) Takes 2 lads about 6hours to do . Partly harness work involved - (eye bolt and stand on ledge outside window) 
Not as bad as it sounds! 
Would pay £240 on subcontracted basis. Job is done every other month. From Newcastle travelling taken into account it's an 8 hr day for 2 lads. Would consider selling this job too but would only be worth it if got £1000 for it.

Would require invoice and proof of Public Liability.
