Fried my pump controller....
« on: October 03, 2009, 04:29:46 pm »
Thought i would change my van setup round today as i just got a split charger and it all needed to be moved to fit that.

Moved the tank etc round to make more use of the space in the van and seemed to be going really nicely until it plugged the pump controller back to the battery, didnt notice i had mixed up the pos and neg   >:(

Bl***y thing sparked then that was that. Now the controller comes on but doesnt power the pump. Took the cover off and sure enough the circuits are fried  >:( >:(

So the only way i can work on monday now is to plug the pump straight to the battery. Does mean it will run full speed ,but got no other choice.

Bugger!!!!!  ;D

P.s,if anybody has one they want to sell please let me know, quite desperate to get one  ;)
