On about the compensation neck lol.

Ive just been to firefighter drill and was speaking to the main ambulance guy and he was telling me about a cash this weekend with a bus piling into stationary traffic and saying they all had the compensation neck pain. Theyve nick named it lol ;D

Ive had a few crashes that left me with compens.... sorry bad neck pain

Why not get your insurance money back eh

I was out cleaning this morning surrounded by police and fire officers. Some pillock had managed to reverse off his drive, over the neighbours garden opposite, over some pretty large rocks and through the front window - took the whole lot out bricks and all ???

It was aimed at todays compensation culture. Nothing wrong with a genuine claim but some abuse it.

to be honest i am a little shocked at some of the replies in this thread

the first thought in some peoples minds were " oh look, a compo claim " now thats just plain rude and wrong

i didnt sleep last night because of the pain

i dislike the compo culture, but does that mean i will turn it down when i get some ? ? ?

i have been caused pain by some1 else's, do i deserve a few quid

me and the wife have been discussing it tonight, does 1 month of pain equal 2 K of cash ? ? ?  ? what about my earnings ? ? ? ? i wouldnt have been able to work today ( if it was  a work day for me )

You`re right Matt, it`s not just about money but you didn`t mention any injury in your original post.
  I was joking about how some people see any accident as a potential windfall. It wasn`t aimed at you cos a) I don`t know you and b) I didn`t know you were injured. 
  Sorry for any offence and don`t sue me  :-[.
