housing 21 association w/c

these buildings are poping all all over the place and isit a national company that does the windows or a local 1. any1 help as there is a few going up in my area.

i clean some housing association granny flats in manchester.all canvassed 10 yrs ago.it isnt in with the rent like the garden mantenance ;D
price higher/work harder!

Been cleaning three buildings for five years now good company to work for
But would not be suprised if they did get a national company to do them?
If you keep to a high standard you can keep these buildings for a long time

some are, usually houses arent but shelteres accom, and apartments, flats they have a contractor :)

they are done by local w/cleaners, but you have to be on their tender list.very good payers though, only invoice them once a year, but they make monthly payments to you.

i am going to speek to court manager on monday after noon so i will post to what they say cheers.
is best to quote a bit cheep so i can get in there or not?
