end of tenancy cleans

do any of u get any work from letting agencies for end of tenancy cleans for the windows,guttering etc.as im just sending out letters to all local letting agencies.and just thought id ask if any more of u have done this and what type off reply u had if any

No, but to be honest, if you look at rented properties when they are left they are generally shti heaps.

the frames and windows covered in muck and spiders etc.. and they will expect a very discounted price, they are not likely to pay well.

But if thats the market your after, good luck to you.

Yes but I turn 90% of the work down as its too far and they dont want to pay travel time.

i  got on a list  at a estate agents, but i dont know how come .  the tenant thats moving out just phones me direct and its always an inside and out clean , they must have my receipt to get their deposit back.  to be honest its hard graft as the windows are gross and i  should have priced them higher than normal stuff but no point grizzzling about it  now .

I do a few but you need to price high. They want them done almost straight away. I charge at least double my normal price and have no problems getting paid. It comes out of their deposit and if they aren't capable of keeping their rented accomodation clean then sod them.
I've also been caught a few times by the tennants who lure you in to regular work, use you then move on.
