Your pricing seems about right to me; but others will say you're not charging enough.
Remember; it's not only the size of the house but type of windows and how they're situated that makes a house simple or difficult to clean.
I do some really easy places; very simple and quick to clean and I do others that are extremely difficult; areas that some window cleaners avoid. However, it's the this difficult area where I make the most money in a day.
Don't give quotes over the phone based on bedroom sizes. View the place first; unless you're confident you know the house the prospective client lives in.
Also asking how many houses you can do in a day is a bit like asking about the proverbial piece of string.
You'll start off slow; and physically you'll be knackered. As the months pass (if you stick it) your technique will improve and so will your fitness and stamina. Sometimes the greatest challenge is coping with the boredom factor too. When I work by myself, I wear headphones and listen to the radio or a talking book.
If you work hard, use a fair amount of common sense you'll earn a decent income; with the potential to earn loads more.

Do a business plan of all your outgoings against what money who need to live on and work out how much you need to earn per hour then convert this into the houses that you will clean.
You will find that most cleaners need to earn between £30 and £40 per hour over a 4 day week at 6 hours per week so if a house is going to take 15 minutes to clean then you need to charge £7.50 and so on.
