I'd go about £8 each, but the terrace could be more if you have a long way to go to get to the back.

but I don't do loads of domestic and have a tendency to under price 'em, ask EZCLEAN

Also I'm in Bradford so it's probably a bit dearer here being more upper class

for the terreced you want between 7 and 8 and the 2 to 3 bed semi you should b looking around the 10 mark i do no some guys go in cheaper but those are pretty standard prices round here

thats per clean most of my work is monthly but do have some fortnightly to but the price is the same,i had a customer that i charged 14 for a month she wanted it done fortnightly but she only wanted to pay 7 she was promtly dumped the size of house and time to do it would not of been worth it,the house took 30 mins to do,at 14 its worth doing can get 2 done in a hour and earn 28 a hour but at 7 forget it

best thing to do is post a pic of the house...or even a link to a google street view.....dont post your actual work though....look for similar....and your local lads will see you ok.

Are you wfp or trad?

here's what i do:

£1/window £1/door.

count all the windows count all the doors.

if they have any small ones on the side i'd do them for 50p/window.

never fails to be priced correctly. anything out of the ordinary like bad access, windows above conservatories etc, £1.50/£2 extra. do a good job.
remember! you are cleaning the frames as well, it takes as long to clean the frames as it does to clean the glass.
