This is from another post but though is would be interesting as I think many who commented on the other post will have been WFP. So for trad window cleaners do you do it?

I give them a wipe over. It keeps them looking good until the next time.

When your trad you make a mess of the sills, it would be wrong not to clean that up so I always did when I was trad, now I'm wfp I clean the frame as well and still quicker than I was trad, I think if you want your customers to value the service you provide you need to provide a service of value.

I clean all sills, but frames ? Are you mad why not the gutters and soffits as well why your there?

I have a few that have frame cleaning every other time or every time but they pay alot more and specifically asked, the rest expect it not to be done and many get me to do a upvc clean yearly or etc

When 100 % water fed i may suggest small price rises to those that want frames every time other wise im staying well clear of them for the standard price

I have been trad since school (much to some of your suprise i did trad for 5 years before going wfp 3 years ago) and i always used to wipe over frames, not really above though. Im not just saying this, WFP is superb for cleaning frames all over and everytime. Ball ache trad.
