Sales rep been on phone twice telling me how good the service is.Then i replied spoke to a couple of cc who i know who use the site and said it did not bring in any work.Then she lost her temper telling me these people don't know what they are talking about then i let her rant on for another 10 minutes ::)then the bombshell i don't want it her reply WHY I hung up

I'm surprised you let her 'rant' on for so long.  Why not just put the phone on the side while she is talking, and get on with your pre-vac or whatever.  I think she'll get the message.
