I agree with most of your post, if customer service is poor, they deserve to loss a couple of customers. But I don't like the "I am not a penny pincher like some" in my opinion if your not conservative with your expenditure your not a good business man/woman.
However I can see how brodex and ionics systems have advantages over DIY kits, but I wouldn't slagg off others for going down the cheaper DIY root, there are plenty of good advantages to that as well.
