Best way to fit a ....
« on: September 08, 2009, 06:38:48 am »
Need a bit of advise on how best to fit a tube inside my van to carry my wf poles.

Was thinking a length of guttering, but can't figure out how to secure it inside the van. So how do you guys do it or is there something else I could use ?

I use the drain "U" bracket bud and just tie then on using the plastic ties. Not perfect, but no drilling. They occasionally need replacing but rarely.  ;)

I just used gutter brackets screwed to the side wall of my van.....the side wall is ply lined tho, so it was easy

If your van has any "strengthing bars" accross the wall or roof, just use self tapping screws into a pre drilled hole mate, then attach the brackets or u clamps
