thanks again guys.

Chris - this work can be done in all weathers, and averages out at £180 a day for a reasonably leisurely pace. Like I said, I have done the work in 9 days = £300 a day.

Going by what some of the other guys have said, £13500 isn't a lot for this type of work.  However, if I got a serious buyer with cash waiting I think I would consider it.

As for relocating?  Well if you must know my wife really wants to move back over to Northern Ireland.  We have a holiday home on the coast there so may move to it while my son will keep things running over here.  I have no mortgage ion either my home nor the holiday home so if I sold here then I will have a few pounds to keep me going - provided the tax man doesn't come after it all.

Just my 2 penneth.
I think your value might be good as a window cleaning round. But i reckon if you could add a website, maybe a signwritten van and some stationary, you could sell it for much more if you sold it as a business.

we have a website, 2 sign-written vans, stationary etc (its only one of our rounds)

I'm only selling the round, not the business.  If I was going to sell the business I would want about £250,000.

no I haven't put the round up for sale.  I'm still deciding what I should do.
