Actully Christie your right I think the customer gets a more personal service with one person I also think it creates more opportunities as the person & the van are longer in each place giving protental customers more time to see there around to ask about our service.

also makes more money, the whole point in the first place, 2 people in a van are never going to make the same as 1 each in 2 or more vans.

I found this out the hard way Neil and cost me ££££'s, learn from the mistakes I made  ;)

i like the flexability 2 men in 1 van gives me. yes it doesn't earn as much as 1 man in a van on his own in relation to % but what it does give you is flexability. if 1 person is ill or has annual leave is not as much of a dent in the turnover if you can still send out guys on their own
