Hi Andy

Different marketing strategies work for different people and companies.

If you want commercial you need a website that people can find preferably on 1 - 2 pages of Google.

Try adding your biz name address in some free directories.

Advertise in the local directories if you have one or advertise in the one nearest to you.

Window cleaning can be advertised in local papers, but for commercial it on the phone and cold call and call and call some more.

Thats it.

Oh you could send in marketing material or go and meet the company direct.

I think you might find offering a professional business to business service a problem if it's only available weekends or evenings, things like answering the phone, booking and customer availability could be problem IMO.
