Im looking to start up soon but have no experience & cannot afford to do a training course at this moment. Is it a good idea to ring other wc in my area & ask if they would give me 1 or 2 days unpaid work so I could get a bit of training that way? would you help someone out if they were in the same situation as me? cheers mike

Just seen the big post above, is there any wc's on here from York or surrounding that would take me on for a couple of days  ;D

Hello Mike,

Yes it would be a good idea to get a little training first, thats how I started anyway.

Good luck with the future.

Kind regards.
