hey guys,
we are thinking of taking on a guy to work with us ....getting very busy now. but we are unsure what way to do it take on an employee or have him self employed. i am sure that we have responsibilities either waycan anyone offer advice or somewhere to go for advice. also what do we do regarding insurance for him, do we still need insurance if he is self employed ...bit of a minefield hope someone can help
