hi mike 108

Would be good to hear how things are for you as your not to far from me in Lancaster.

What i'd really like to know is info on pricing and amount of business out there etc.

I'm working the next few evenings so can't really get to ring you.

Would be greatful if you'd be able to spare the time to email me at mini2007@operamail.com with any info and help you can give me.

Thanks again.

Prices vary from area to area. Why not try doing a online search for window cleaning  web sites that have online quotes on them.
A few months ago Ian from Windowcleanerpro posted  a link for people to make there own online  web site calculator

Hi, thanks for the links, have seen the quote calculators on other sites while i've been looking at sites and was wondering how to get one if and when i get a website, well done on finding the one in fleetwood, thats the closest one to my area I've seen, certainly non in my immediate area. Was hoping mike 108, being fairly close to my area would be able to give a bit of info on prices and amount of work etc as he is quite close to me.

Cheers again for the links

The link was just for a idea on pricing. If he searches the intenet for window cleaners in his area he should get a few more

hi, been searching, none in my area give an idea of pricing  :( main thing I want to know really is if there's plenty of work out there or too many at it etc, and was hoping someone nearby might have a better idea.

It all depends on what customer base you are targeting. i know of window cleaners in the same area as me charging £6 for a 4 bedroom semi with conservatory where i would charge at least double this.
I basically get a price per hour i would like to earn then estimate how long it would take me to do the job and price accordingly.
in the last 2 months i have picked up over £300 per month of work and i charge more than the competition.
Get a price in your mind and stick to it.

Hi, High reach, think I may have seen you about, if I'm thinking of the right person? Van parked on greaves road???

Anyway, thanks for the guide to the price, that is the figure I was thinking it might be around here, would be good to hear some more info from you if possible, you can email me mini2007@operamail.com if you can spare some time.

Thanks again.
