Is there any chance you could email me a copy of your waterfed pole leaflet as shown in the documents section.
I have tried several times to print it off and also to email it to myself! dont go there my computer is ....
Very good leaflet which I would like to use as I am introducing it at present.

I no longer have the letter, I never explain these days, I just get on with it.

As for the letter, I  would copy and paste the text into ms office or similar program.
