I had someone ask me today must be something in the air, wasn't in Sheffield was it?

solution heavy duty, minitex with tampico attachment, thorough rinse.  Reduces it vastly but I've yet to get a 100% result.  Customers are always more than happy though, as I tend to under-promise a little bit to be on the safe side.

I probably convert 3 out of 4 quotes for these types of jobs, as there's always one who doesn't want to pay if it isn't going to be perfect.

Geoff - All I know is its a light coloured fabric suite.

Shaun - This was in Pinxton, must be an epidemic.

Jim - I'll have a go, I don't have a minitex and I've never tried cleaning with tampons so I'll lift the cimex onto the suite, that should do the trick !  ;D

They're very absorbent, give it a go.  Just make sure the mrs doesn't need them that week or you'll get in trouble ;)
