Push fit valves - how strange.
« on: August 10, 2009, 08:13:25 pm »
Had loads of trouble the past couple of days with water spraying out of my valve. Blamed the pole hose so retrimmed it several times and got soaked, changed the hose and got soaked, changed the valve to a brand new one and got soaked. Turned the valve around and all ok even with the old hose and also the old valve  ???

its the hot weather.  it makes the hoses soft, and not grip the connectors as tightly
