Pricing up UPVC cleaning (windows)
« on: August 10, 2009, 04:59:18 pm »
Had someone ring for a quote earlier. I missed the call, but it sounds like she wants her window frames & sills whitening.

How much would you charge per window and what area are you in ?

My brother does trad window cleaning, so will get him to do it. She wants a full house clean, so ill get my brothers day rate and price up for the pair of us. Never priced up for upvc window cleaning before, so not sure how to price it up.

Only those who risk going too far will truly know how far they can actually go

i've done a few whitening jobs on windows, but now include them in a full ground to roof pvc clean inc gutters soffits etc, look to quote for the lot not just for the windows. as for price 3 bed semi wfp including apex £100+ should take about 4 hours ish

depending what  product you are using to clean them and the profile of upvc , 4 hrs to clean upvc which has ,age , discolored, and lost its shine. i would say it would take more like a good 8 hrs with plenty of elbow grease and patients for a good quality job
