cleaning out tank

Hi guys, can anyone tell me the best way to clean out my tank, i have a 250ltr tank in my van,and its starting to get bits in it and a little bit green. Any help on this matter would be great, Thanks. Solly

Put a dwarf in the lid and give him a cloth ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D,
On a serious note if you can take the tank out and jet wash it,if you can't take it out drain it and use an unger clamp or something similar with a microfibre cloth on a small pole,dirt will stick to it when its wet and will remove algae at the same time,I put a towel in first to soak as much water up as possible before using the microfibre cloths,thats what I do and it works a treat but I am sure theres easier ways ;)

Even if you can't get it out, a garden hose with jet attachment does pretty well too. I chucked in isopropyl alcohol after the clean. Drove about a bit, thought it might kill off any residual muck in there.
